Project: Scully Construction
Scully Construction needed to create a semi-air conditioned space for the mechanicals in the 8,000 sq. ft. attic of the Historic Hudson Valley Regional History Center in Briarcliff, NY. Closed cell spray foam allowed the heating and cooling systems of the building to run most efficiently.

Project: Toms River Municipal Utilities
The Toms River Municipal Utilities Authority hired Coastal to install insulation in this 3,000 sq. ft. metal garage, which is used for the storage of diesel equipment. Closed cell foam was used for temperature control in order to keep the equipment warm in the wintertime.
