Coastal Insulation will occupy a newly constructed 42,900 square foot building at the end of Lake Drive. Coastal Insulation, formed in 1975 and serving locations on the East coast from Connecticut to Maryland, specializes in the application of fiberglass insulation in commercial and residential new construction. Coastal relocated to East Windsor from Spotswood, New Jersey, to accommodate their need for more space and to take advantage of the Township's excellent location relative to the regional highway network. Fifty employees, mostly office staff, will work in the new facility. Other employees work off-site as installers of insulation for the company.
