Armondo Construction hired Coastal for the insulation of this new construction residence in Lavallette, NJ. Spray foam was installed in the exterior walls, attic, roofline, and band joists to tighten the building envelope and achieve maximum energy efficiency.

Coastal installed spray polyurethane foam on the exterior walls and attic rafters of a new construction residence built by Falcon Industries in Spring Lake, NJ. Open cell foam was chosen for its thermal benefits, and resulted in a tightly sealed structure.

Coastal insulated this 2,600 sq. ft. new construction home, built by Homes for our Troops, in Hillsdale, NJ. The home was constructed for Cpl. Visnu Gonzalez with a goal of achieving nearly zero energy use. Both open and closed cell foams were employed in the structure, making this home the first LEED Platinum residential building in New Jersey.

Project: R. Popovitch Builders
Coastal was contracted by Rick Popovitch to insulate this new construction home in Brielle, NJ. Our Spray Foam Engineers utilized open cell foam throughout the residence. Accuvents and accublock were used in order to separate the foam from the cedar shake roof, and astrotab foil was used to separate the insulation from the radiant floor heating.

Project: Ted Fluehr, Jr. Custom Builder
Coastal installed both open and closed cell foams in this 5,500 sq. ft. new construction home, built by Ted Fluehr, Jr. Custom Builder, in Loveladies, NJ. The homeowner was most interested in foam for the "green" aspects, especially how it relates to energy efficiency and sustainability. In the end, the house qualified for LEED Silver credits.
