Powell Cove chose Coastal to insulate this new construction 20-unit residential community in College Point, NY. Spray Foam Engineers used a combination of open and closed cell spray foam to seal the building envelope, providing future residents with the utmost in energy efficiency for years to come.

Coastal was contracted by Ted Fleuhr, Jr. Custom Home Builder to insulate this new construction home in Spray Beach, NJ. In order to tighten the building envelope and provide the maximum thermal performance, open cell foam was applied throughout the residence.
