Coastal was contracted by AVR Developers to insulate a new construction 16-unit residential building at Powell Cove Estates in College Point, NY. In order to guarantee maximum energy efficiency, a combination of open and closed cell spray foam was utilized to seal the building envelope. These pictures are of the 8th unit Coastal has insulated.
